Synopsis: Parker Special Forces Commando is Trigger Warning. We learn that she is serving on active duty overseas in the first scene which establishes the overall mood. Following a mission she receives a call from her father to return to her hometown. After an unintentional mine collapse Parker now controls the family-run pub. After returning home she makes up with Jesse, her ex-boyfriend who is now a sheriff. She went to prom with him and he still seemed to be controlled by his father. Senator Swann’s strong father Daddy is the father figure but there’s more. Elvis the brother of Sheriff Jesse is a fiery-tempered and not very intelligent man.
