Storyline: Kirill Sokolov comes in swinging. They Will Kill You 2026 doesn’t wait it snaps. A door crashes open. Someone runs. Someone doesn’t make it. At its core the story follows a man pushed past reason hunted through a world that feels warped yet eerily familiar. However Sokolov avoids clean logic. Instead he leans into jagged momentum scenes collide tempers flare and violence erupts without warning . Meanwhile the camera stays uncomfortably close catching every twitch every drop of sweat sliding down a bruised face. The lead performance bites hard. He isn’t heroic. Not even close. Therefore his fear feels real almost contagious. Supporting roles flicker in like bad omens strange, unpredictable and often brutal. So who are they? It barely matters. They hurt. Visually the film feels grimy. Dim stairwells stale air. Neon lights buzzing like insects. Moreover the sound design punches through gunfire cracks, bones thud breath rattles in tight spaces. Too much? Maybe. But it sticks. Ultimately this is the kind of film that doesn’t ask permission. It grabs you and drags you through the dirt especially on Moviesjoys movies. And when it ends it doesn’t comfort you it just leaves you there staring.
