Darby Thorne (Havana Rose Liu), a heroin addict, is the protagonist of this film. However, she is now a recovering addict. She found out about her mother’s hospitalization. She made it through the resettlement and relocated to Salt Lake City. Corporal Ron Hill (Benedict Wall) pulled over in the middle of the road and informed her about the interstate. It was closed owing to a blizzard that was brewing. Now She must spend the night in a nearby tourist center. There were just Ash, Lars, and the married couple Ed and Sandi staying in the tourist center. Darby goes out in search of a signal and comes upon an abducted girl in one of the insiders’ trucks. To discover the kidnapper, she enters the restroom and exits through a window. Darby enters the van and approaches the girl. Darby assures her that he will save her. Lars enters the van, unaware of Darby’s presence. She discloses the girl’s name as Jay when she is there (Mila Harris). Inside, Ed is suspicious of Lars’ unusual conduct. Darby sneaks back inside the cabin through a window in a bathroom wall while Lars exits the vehicle to get Jay some supper. Jay has Addison’s illness.
