Synopsis: Tenant Boon (Neal McDonough) is seeking to atone for his life as an enforcer for a vicious mafia in the film Boon 2022. He flees his past and journeys to a distant location in the Pacific Northwest, where he meets Catherine (Christiane Seidel) and her kid. Boon encounters a criminal couple who are terrified of Mr. Fitzgerald (Tommy Flanagan), who has landed on their farm. Knowing that their lives are in jeopardy, he has no option but to flee as a pair in order to protect all they cherish. Boon recounts the story of a hitman who is out of work and has a reward on his head, and everybody who tries to claim the bounty is unsuccessful. In the beginning, a hitman named Killa (Jason Scott Lee) tries and fails to win the reward, injuring Boon as he crosses the road with the widow Catherine and her son. As fate would have it, Catherine has agreed to let criminal leader Mr. Fitzgerald run a smuggling tunnel on her property. When one of the hired thugs attempts to assault Catherine at the tunnel site.
