Synopsis: As youngsters, Dean, J.T., and Wes invented a mischievous character named Ricky Stanicky to assist them in tricky situations. Even as adults, they continue to uphold this lie, going to the extent of creating a detailed “bible” chronicling the fabricated friend’s history. Whenever they crave a weekend getaway to Atlantic City, they invoke the Ricky Stanicky scam. During one such trip, they encounter Rod, a casino performer with a penchant for risqué song parodies and dreams of becoming an actor. However, when J.T.’s wife unexpectedly goes into labor, the trio is forced to confront the reality of their lives, with doubts arising about Ricky’s existence. With a bris ceremony looming in a few days, the pressure mounts to prove Ricky’s authenticity. In a desperate move, Dean hires Rod to portray Ricky, leading to chaotic situations as the imposter infiltrates family events and business affairs, leaving the friends on edge as they struggle to regain control.
