Synopsis: In 1973, Constance, a pregnant scientist, conducts research in the Amazon to locate a unique spider with extraordinary healing abilities. Her colleague, Ezekiel, betrays her by attempting to capture the insect for his gain. However, Constance is saved by a native tribe who bestows upon her a spider bite, which miraculously saves her daughter’s life. Fast forward 30 years, Cassie, Constance’s daughter, now works as a paramedic in a bustling city. During her shifts, she partners with Ben, whose sister, Mary, is eagerly awaiting the arrival of her first child. A tragic rescue mission exposes Cassie to death momentarily, but she is revived and discovers she has gained psychic powers, enabling her to glimpse into the future.
