Synopsis: Fistful of Vengeance 2022 is a follow-up to the Netflix original series Wu Assassins. Tommy Wah (Lawrence Kao) tells a lustful “jiangshi,” an energy vampire, about his two buddies and himself in this film. Tommy has two friends: the super-powered Kai Jin (Iko Uwais) and his ride-or-die pal Lu Xin Lee (Lewis Tan). They are going to Thailand to revenge on Tommy’s late sister Jenny. Every one of them adored her. Thailand was chosen because ancient relics ranging from old stone pieces to Bangkok nightclubs were uncovered. They have assassinated some jiangshis and swiftly join the league with William Pan (Jason Tobin), a shady tipper. William is a businessman who can momentarily halt time and lead a private army mercenary. He can also launch bright energy balls from his hands. William knows a lot about the massive crime mastermind, Ku An Qi (Yayaying Rhatha Phongam), but he also has his own goal. This is not a spoiler, but it is a clear part of the subtext that William introduces himself after displaying his identity through a film about his business clothing, which contains the line: “We’re not looking to the future; we’re looking at the present. To mold it.” This featherweight narrative has a bit more emotional resemblance, but it’s not much. While Lu Xin spares, Tommy joins local guide Preeya (Francesca Corney), and subsequently Interpol agent Adaku (Pearl Thusi), with whom Zama sleeps.
