Synopsis: Boogie 2021 is a story of Alfred ‘Boogie’ Chin (Taylor Takahashi) who wants to be a good basketball player and dreaming to play in the NBA. He is living in Queens, New York, with his parents Mr. Chin (Perry Yung) and Mrs. Chin (Pamelyn Chee). His dad has come out from jail and his mother is a ruthless disciplinarian. Both of them were forcing him to prepare for the scholarship exam of Elite College. He is very much confused now. This story is not based on the real story but in this movie director, Eddie Huang has added many real-life experiences. This is his first movie with which he has tried his luck. To become the best Footballer and to play in NBA he has to make himself better than the Black player in Brooklyn, Monk (Pop Smoke). That was to the only way that is left Infront of him to fulfill his dream and make his parents proud. Boogie and Monk is having a crush on the same girl named Eleanor (Taylour Paige).
