Synopsis: Adam, recently released from probation for a crime he committed 16 years ago, has returned to his home in New York City. However, he is faced with a changed reality. His ex-wife, Donna, wants nothing to do with him and is adamant that he stays away from their son, Jimmy. Meanwhile, Leff, a gangster involved in the drug and gun trade, is deeply concerned about his nephew, Mike, who is being introduced to the dangerous business and exposed to violence by E.R., a ruthless crime boss. Eli, on the other hand, is struggling to maintain his relationship with Lori, as his anger issues from witnessing his brother’s murder as a child continue to haunt him. Unbeknownst to Eli, Adam is the one responsible for his brother’s death, and he grapples with the guilt as he tries to connect with Jimmy without revealing his true identity.
